• When will my order ship?

Preorders: Your order will ship as soon as it becomes available except for Valentines Day Boxes. Valentine's Day boxes will ship automatically on 2/7.

Regular Orders: Ships within 1-3 business days. Orders placed after 1pm will be processed the next business day.

• What is the return policy?

All sales are final. If you have any issues with your order please contact us at GoodieBoxStore@gmail.com

• How many add ons can I add to my box?

As many as you'd like! We will try our best to fit all your items in your box. If there is not enough space we will reach out to you with the next steps.

• Do you ship internationally?

Currently we only ship in the USA. We hope to ship internationally in the future.

• Do you make custom boxes for groups?

Yes! We'll be happy to customize the perfect Goodie Box for your group. Please reach out to us at GoodieBoxStore@gmail.com.
